## Description

We are looking for a Post Si Characterization and Validation engineer to take part in Network ASIC, SOC and SiPh ICs characterization efforts of speed, logic, memory, power and analog circuits both using ATE and system level testing.

The position includes taking ownership of characterization of IC performance and power parameters, developing new characterization and analysis capabilities, enabling the qualification of new and improvement of future products. You will define and build the required tests, perform the analysis and present the results and conclusions to a wide forum including leading designers and high-level executives.

Key responsibilities:

- Take ownership of characterization of IC performance and power parameters

- Develop new characterization and analysis capabilities

Requirements:

- B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering/Materials Engineering/Physics (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of experience

- Confirmed experience with data analysis/product engineering/FAB device engineering/Yield engineering

- Hands-on experience in analog and mixed-signal circuit characterization (e.g., PLLs, SerDes, ADCs/DACs, bandgap/reference circuits), including bench measurements and silicon debug

- Strong problem-solving abilities and out of the box thinking

- Work in a fast-paced, multifaceted work environment with a focus on technical excellence, innovative thinking and strong analytical skills are required

- Ability to self-manage, show leadership, and have good social skills

Preferred qualifications:

- Prior Semiconductor Test engineering/VLSI validation experience

- Hand on experience with scopes and lab equipment

- Programming & Data analysis experience

- Understanding of BE procedures and knowledge of power terminology and measurement methods

- Power management characterization and reliability & validation engineering experience
