## Description

We are seeking a Comptable (F/H) to join our team at the Automobile Club de l'Ouest. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the financial and administrative aspects of our various subsidiaries.

Your primary duties will include:

**Comptabilité clients:**

- Managing the entire invoicing cycle, including issuing invoices and statements for clients.

- Handling event-related invoicing for passes, parking, and catering services during races.

- Preparing and sending commercial documents related to transportation of goods.

- Following up with clients to ensure timely payment.

**Comptabilité fournisseurs:**

- Receiving, checking, and recording supplier invoices.

- Preparing and executing payments to suppliers.

**Comptabilité générale et trésorerie:**

- Managing bank accounts, including reconciliations and daily updates.

- Analyzing financial data to ensure accurate budget tracking and charge allocation.

- Preparing regular reports on client debt and expenses.

- Managing administrative tasks, including email and mail processing.

- Tracking immovable assets.

- Participating in monthly closings.

**Projets transverses et optimisation:**

- Contributing to projects aimed at improving financial processes and digitalization.

- Implementing new tools and systems to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Supporting the transition to a new banking system.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

- Proficiency in digital tools and software.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
