We are seeking a Telephone Analyst to represent our institution in providing telephone service to our clients. The successful candidate will establish an effective communication channel with clients to provide first-contact solutions to their explicit and implicit needs, offering personalized and specialized service with a high standard of quality to exceed client and business expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet key performance indicators for the business.

- Exceed client expectations by providing clear, effective, and respectful guidance on their needs with a high attitude of service.

- Ensure high efficiency in executed processes with attention to detail, minimizing operational errors.

- Stay updated on business processes, services, and changes.

Leadership and Teamwork:

- Foster a respectful environment with peers and leaders.

- Identify opportunities for improvement and report them to direct leaders.

- Generate proposals for process and service improvements.

Requirements:

- Knowledge of bank products and services.

- Familiarity with institutional systems.

- Basic Office skills.

- Analytical capacity.

- Assertive communication and fluency in speech.

- Excellent customer service.
