## Description

We are seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist with the NASCAR race weekend. Qualified candidates will be responsible for checking in/checking out event staff, preparing credential documents, and working with promoters to manage the organization/operation of the credential buildings on event weekend.

## What you'll do

Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

- Checking in/checking out event staff and ensuring appropriate attire and equipment is issued.

- Preparing credential documents leading into event and execute the disbursement and collection of credentials per company policies on event days.

- Working with promoters to manage the organization/operation of the credential buildings on event weekend.

## What you need

- Minimum age 18 years old.

- Strong communication skills including written reports.

- Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.

- Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
