## Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Salzburg, Austria. As an HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the management team in the gastronomy areas of Hangar-7 and Bulls Corner.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Act as a trusted business partner for the management team in all HR-related topics

- Implement HR strategy close to the business and derive targeted measures to develop teams, performance, and employee experience

- Manage the entire recruiting process from personnel planning to successful placement of open positions

- Develop and implement talent attraction measures and ensure a first-class candidate experience

- Accompany talent and performance management processes and support managers in developing their teams

- Collaborate on cross-functional HR and learning projects and initiatives for our headquarters

**Requirements:**

- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable HR function, ideally with a background in the gastronomy industry

- Completed studies in economics, psychology, or a related field

- Very good German and English language skills

- Sound understanding of recruiting and compensation, as well as knowledge of Austrian labor law and relevant HR compliance requirements

- Ability to build trust-based relationships and work successfully with managers and colleagues from different areas

- Experience in accompanying central HR processes such as onboarding, talent development, performance management, and employee relations

- Strong organizational and time management skills, as well as structured and independent work style
