### Job Overview

As a Senior Business Manager on Capital One's AIML Product Strategy team, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to shape the destination of AI at Capital One.

### About the Team & Role

The Enterprise AI and Machine Learning (AIML) team builds the AI & ML platforms that Capital One leverages to build all things AI. These platforms deliver infrastructure, foundation models, and reusable capabilities that enable teams to build cutting-edge AI use cases across the business.

### Key Focus Areas:

- Set the destination vision for AI & ML platforms, working with leaders in the AI organization and business.

- Identify outcomes and reusable capabilities needed from customers and internal partners.

- Develop storylines and materials to roll out the AIML strategy across the company.

- Work with stakeholders on 'on-the-ground' problem-solving.

- Shape the strategy and continuous delivery of AI platform capabilities.

### Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a general athlete, strategic and analytical thinker, and a world-class communicator with exceptional strategic thinking, high learning agility in AI, and the ability to influence senior leaders.

### Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree

- At least 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis

- At least 3 years of experience in qualitative analysis

- At least 1 year of experience in people management

- At least 1 year of experience in project management

### Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Business or a quantitative field

- 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis

- 5+ years of experience in qualitative analysis

- 2+ years of experience in people management

- 2+ years of experience in product development

- 2+ years of experience in financial modeling

- 2+ years of experience in economic forecasting

- 2+ years of experience in project management

### Salary Information:

- McLean, VA: $200,700 - $229,100

- New York, NY: $219,000 - $249,900

- San Francisco, CA: $219,000 - $249,900
