## Description

The Harbour Hospital in Poole, part of Circle Health Group, is seeking a Porter to join their team on a bank shift basis.

As a Porter, you will be required to undertake a range of general and ad hoc tasks, including:

- Moving patients, equipment, and goods around the hospital

- Explaining hospital facilities and services to patients and family members

- Providing a courteous service to internal and external customers

- Ensuring patient comfort and dignity are maintained

- Providing security for the facility as required

To be considered for this role, you should have:

- Frontline customer-facing experience

- Previous portering experience in a healthcare, hotel, or hospitality setting (beneficial)

- Maths and English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2

- Proficiency in using a PC, including software and systems

Circle Health Group offers a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.00 per hour, depending on experience, training, and qualifications.
