## Description

We are seeking a Payroll Processing Specialist to join our team. As a Payroll Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for processing payroll, ensuring compliance with labour, social security and tax legislation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Process payroll, ensuring compliance with labour, social security and tax legislation

- Calculate, verify and validate labour charges and ancillary obligations, including INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial and DCTFWeb

- Perform accounting reconciliations related to payroll, provisions, charges and benefits

- Ensure correct accounting classification of payroll entries and events

- Support monthly accounting closings, internal and external audits

- Act as primary interface between Payroll and Accounting teams

- Analyse impacts of changes in labour and social security legislation

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, process standardisation and data governance strengthening

- Ensure integrity and reliability of information recorded in company systems and ERP

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences

- Solid experience in payroll processes and administration of labour charges

- Advanced knowledge of legislation and routines related to INSS, FGTS, IRRF, eSocial, DCTFWeb

- Experience with provisions and accounting reconciliations of payroll

- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- Analytical, organised and detail-oriented profile

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Experience in medium or large corporate environments

- Experience with process improvement and automation projects

- Knowledge of ERP systems and integration between Payroll and Accounting
