## Description

We are seeking a Technical Architect to join our Sales and Solutions Engineering team. As a Technical Architect, you will work closely with account teams, presales, services, and alliances to design, develop, integrate, and support enterprise solutions involving HPE hardware and software platforms.

Responsibilities:

- Act as a technical advisor during customer engagements, workshops, solution reviews, and architecture discussions.

- Gather customer requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Build technical solutions in collaboration with engineers within the team and organisation.

- Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on workshops for customers and partners.

- Provide advanced technical support during solution deployment, integration, and post-production phases.

- Troubleshoot complex customer issues and drive root-cause analysis to resolution.

- Collaborate with sales, presales, product teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful solution adoption and customer satisfaction.

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.

- Typically 6-10 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong software engineering and programming experience.

- Designing and integrating software/hardware systems running on multiple platform types into overall architecture.

- Ability to guide and mentor less experienced staff members.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
