## Description

We are seeking a bank support worker to join our team at Coral House, located between Poole and Bournemouth on the south coast of Dorset.

Coral House offers residential support for seven males and females with a range of needs, including individuals on the autism spectrum, those with learning disabilities, and people with physical disabilities and/or dementia.

As a bank support worker, you will be part of a dedicated and compassionate team working together to ensure the smooth operation of the home and support the wellbeing of our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting with day-to-day operations, supporting care requirements, maintaining organisation, and ensuring our spaces are well cared for.

No experience is required for this role, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will possess natural empathy and resilience, as the work can be challenging and varied.
