## Description

As a Business Development Manager at Freshworks, you will drive revenue through strategic outreach and relationship building. You will identify and conduct outreach with prospects, facilitate qualification calls, and create early-stage pipeline for Freshworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prioritize and target accounts using an intent-based approach and various research tools

- Conduct cold outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social selling

- Qualify prospects at all levels, including C-level executives, using BANT and MEDDPICC

- Manage inbound leads from different sources, qualifying in and out for sales

- Create qualified opportunities for the sales organization

- Develop a strong relationship with Account Executives

- Become an expert on Freshworks' product and service offerings and effectively communicate their value to prospects

- Accurately record all interactions and activities in the CRM

- Meet and exceed quarterly quota targets

Qualifications:

- 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role

- Experience researching, cold-calling, and qualifying accounts

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and objection-handling abilities

- Experience facilitating qualifying conversations with prospects

- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for achieving results
