## Description

We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our team at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty. As Legal Counsel, you will report directly to a Senior Legal Counsel and provide day-to-day legal advice to the international business, focusing on regulatory compliance and supporting the business with its international growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Advising the business on day-to-day legal matters

- Delivering high standards of legal advice and regulatory compliance

- Supporting the business with negotiations and drafting of contracts

- Developing and enhancing effective working processes with the business

- Providing legal training for staff

Key attributes required for this role include:

- Qualified legal professional

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong research and analytical skills

- Commercial mindset and understanding of the beauty/retail market
