As a Primary Care Sales Consultant, you will be accountable for implementing sales strategies for an approved Cardiorenal product and driving launch activities for an anticipated launch for menopause.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Building and developing professional relationships with primary care physicians and pharmacy staff

- Driving demand, clinical education, and sales by developing, coordinating, and implementing a strategic business plan

- Leveraging expertise and knowledge of the diabetes and menopause marketplace to anticipate and manage business opportunities and challenges

- Providing relevant input to commercial colleagues on strategic and tactical planning

- Developing and implementing effective customer-specific business plans

- Prioritizing time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of physician specialists

- Understanding customers' product and business needs while adhering to Bayer's ethics and compliance standards

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A bachelor's degree or 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales

- A proven track record of consistent high performance in a sales role

- Outstanding written and oral communication skills

- Demonstrated leadership and ability to foster an environment that promotes ethical behavior and compliance

- A valid driver's license and clean driving record

In return, you can expect a salary between $124,320.00 - $186,480.00, plus additional compensation such as a bonus or commission, and a range of benefits including healthcare, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, and sick leave.
