## Description

We are seeking an LGV 2 Driver for our AM shift trade waste team based in Corby. As a driver, you will be responsible for collecting and emptying bins from our trade waste customers using various LGV vehicles.

This is a great opportunity to work outdoors, using your own initiative, and making a difference to the local environment and communities.

**Responsibilities**

- Drive various modes of LGV vehicles, including front and back loaders

- Collect and empty bins from trade waste customers

- Complete daily vehicle checks and report defects

- Safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle

- Maintain good communication and customer service skills

**Requirements**

- Trade Waste and Bulker experience

- Valid LGV/HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving licence

- Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card

- Good understanding of road safety and vehicle safety

- Ability to complete daily vehicle checks and report defects

- Good knowledge of drivers' hours and tachograph requirements

- Ability to safely manoeuvre and operate a large rigid vehicle

- Good communication and customer service skills

- Good awareness of health & safety procedures
