Join our team this Christmas and help deliver an exceptional experience for our customers during one of the busiest times of the year.

This is a fixed-term seasonal contract ending on 26 December 2026, with the possibility of an extension subject to business needs.

Shifts may be scheduled across Monday to Sunday and can include a combination of core daytime, evening and weekend hours. Flexibility is essential, as working patterns will vary in line with customer demand and business needs throughout the festive season.

Your job purpose is to deliver an exceptional customer experience by serving and selling in store and through all digital channels.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating an exceptional customer experience by proactively serving customers and role modelling service behaviours

- Selling confidently to customers using product knowledge to sell more in store and through digital channels

- Understanding store business priorities and playing a part in improving store performance

- Adapting and working flexibly across the store to meet customer and business needs
