## Description

We are seeking a skilled Silicon Operations NPI Planner to join our team in Santa Clara. As an NPI Planner, you will be responsible for planning and ensuring on-time delivery of engineering samples and builds of new products to various internal and external customers. This involves planning capacity requirements, handling constraints, material availability, and coordinating timely program readiness. You will also be responsible for monitoring delivery performance against plan, maintaining and reporting key performance indicators, and performing vital data entry, report generation, and documentation of processes.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of working experience in the semiconductor field, preferably in supply chain, program management, or product engineering. A bachelor's degree in science or business administration is required, along with good communication, problem-solving, collaboration, interpersonal, and quantitative skills. Proficiency in business software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel VBA, SAP, and Windchill is also necessary.

As a member of our team, you will be expected to provide suggestions to improve NPI planning processes, including tools and reports. You will also be required to work closely with various teams, including product engineering, operations, and program management, to drive issues to closure and ensure successful project delivery.
