## Description

Join Hang Seng Bank as a Channel Sales Officer / Assistant Manager (Mortgage) and make a real impact in the lives of customers.

As part of the Retail Distribution team, you will focus on mortgage relationship management, working closely with colleagues to develop and enhance secured loan products that meet the changing needs of customers.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Acquiring and promoting mortgage loan business through direct banking channels

- Providing mortgage fulfilment services to branches

- Collaborating with functional departments to ensure smooth mortgage application processes

- Selling and promoting mortgage and secured loans products, as well as cross-selling other financial products and services

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

- To have passed the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (Paper 1, 2, and 3)

- Experience in retail banking with strong sales and service orientation

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua being an advantage

- A customer-centric mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional quality services

- An aptitude for the Bank's credit, risk, and customer on-boarding policies
