## Description

Anduril Industries is seeking an Electrical Test Automation Engineer to join its team in Reston, Virginia. The successful candidate will deliver test systems for Anduril's electronic products and have a proven track record of designing and implementing turn-key test solutions for electronic components and systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with hardware, software, integration, and sustainment. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify gaps in test coverage and design and deliver hardware and software test solutions.

Responsibilities include:

- Designing and delivering test systems for electronic products

- Developing automation scripts using languages such as Python, Matlab, PERL, Labview, or SHELL

- Working with computer hardware communication bus protocols such as USB, I2C, I2S, CSI, Ethernet, SPI, PCIe, HDMI, CAN, etc.

- Understanding memory hierarchy and developing test and validation strategies

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support product development from prototype to production

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 5+ years of experience designing functional test equipment and PCBAs

- Experience in Schematic Capture and PCBA layout

- Working knowledge of scripting languages

- Understanding of peripherals and developing test and validation strategies

- Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- Detail-oriented individual who strives in an environment that values effective team collaboration

The salary range for this role is $129,000-$171,000 USD per year.
