## Description

Cigna, a global health service company, is seeking a General Clerk Associate Representative to join its Operations Team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The role involves organizing and processing the flow of incoming and outgoing documents in a back office environment, specifically within the Provider Intake Department.

**Main Duties/Responsibilities:**

- Manage intake documents

- Sort, process, and vet claims for payment

- Electronically transfer received claims to various platforms

- Triage the flow between members and provider claims

- Operate data entry devices for various data entry and verification duties

- Perform peer-to-peer validation checks

- Triage the flow of provider claims with a focus on data governance

- Work with numerical data (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

- Utilize word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other software on a computer

- Complete any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

**Skills/Requirements:**

- 1-3 years of experience in administrative functions such as administration or data entry

- Fluency in English (verbal and written)

- Ability to work with minimal supervision

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach

- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to take ownership

- Teamwork skills

- Ability to learn in a virtual environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Confidentiality management of data

- Diploma or degree from a recognized institution
