## Description

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will build and execute smart sales and marketing plans to promote the Red Bull brand and products within the student community and beyond.

**Responsibilities:**

- Be a Product and Brand Ambassador: Represent the Red Bull brand in a premium way, engage with consumers, and promote the brand through various interactions.

- Grow the user base by conducting product sampling and providing information to consumers.

- Develop and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life at universities.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals and build a strong network.

- Drive brand engagement on social media handles through authentic content.

- Work at Red Bull events and support events to ensure an unforgettable brand experience for consumers.

- Be a Sales Expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers, ensure Red Bull products are available and visible in outlets, and collaborate to open new distribution points.

- Leverage relevant Red Bull assets to keep the brand top-of-mind in sales accounts and ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.

- Executional Excellence: Deliver high-quality execution, pay attention to detail, and collaborate with the team through regular interactions.

- Plan and report activities via a dedicated online platform in a timely and accurate manner.

**Requirements:**

- Excellent communication skills

- Charismatic, energetic, positive, and outgoing personality

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to different people

- Immersed in student life with a thorough understanding of the university, city, and region

- Creative mindset and entrepreneurial spirit with a high sense of responsibility and initiative

- Ability to manage part-time work and studies, available to work some evenings and weekends

- Affinity and desire to learn and apply new skills, especially marketing, negotiation, and sales

- Connected with influential groups and individuals on campus

- Passionate about the Red Bull brand and product

- Driver's license preferred

- Event/project management skills and affinity to work 'behind the scenes'

- Great team player
