## Description

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager II to lead a team of sales professionals and generate inside selling activity. As a remote/teleworker, you will primarily work from home.

Responsibilities:

- Manage larger teams, managers, areas, or customers with broad scope or impact

- Coach and mentor employee direct reports and non-direct reports as needed

- Advise management and peers on broad organizational, technical, and strategic matters

- Create strategic business plans and ensure proposed projects receive support

- Assign responsibilities, provide direction, leadership, and coaching to direct reports

- Create a working environment conducive to individual growth, high performance, and diversity

Education and Experience Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience

- May hold a Master's or advanced degree in a related field

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong workforce management and development skills

- Developing skills in managing managers

- Leadership and strategic planning skills

- Negotiation and influencing skills

- Escalation management and customer relationship-building skills

- Knowledge of corporate capabilities, outsourcing industry norms, and technology

Salary Range: Annual Salary USD 166,500 - 390,500 in North Carolina & Texas
