Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp, providing services such as food delivery, financial management, and ride-hailing.

As Senior Data Scientist, you'll work on driver-facing problems, transforming them into data science problems, and design solutions using big data and AI technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and requirements

- Translate business problems into data science problems and formulate solutions

- Retrieve and analyse relevant data for exploratory analysis and solution prototyping

- Develop and deploy scalable data science solutions, measuring their impact via experiments

- Build dashboards to monitor the health of DS systems and continuously maintain and improve solutions

Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of relevant experience and a Degree in computer science, computer engineering, statistics, data science, applied mathematics, economics, Operations Research (OR), or other related computational fields

- Familiarity with ETL data pipelines, mathematical optimisation lifecycle, and software development lifecycle

- Experience with Linear Programming (LP), Mixed-Integer Linear Programming (MILP), or Non-Linear Programming (NLP)

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and engineering practices
