## Description

NVIDIA is seeking Human Resources Interns to join their team for Summer 2027 internships. The internship offers hands-on experience, training and development opportunities, and exposure to leadership from top HR professionals.

**Responsibilities:**

- Complete meaningful projects that deliver immediate value to the business and enhance your future career as an HR Business Partner

- Work on projects that may include compensation analysis, market research, recruiting market analysis, people analytics, talent management, and business partner success

- Present final recommendations to the Human Resources Leadership Team at the end of the internship

- Participate in events with fellow interns, including executive and technical talks, mentor meetings, and social and cultural events

**Requirements:**

- Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources or a similar field

- Technical competence in MS Office applications and HR-related tools

- Demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence and enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools

- Excellent interpersonal and critical thinking skills, with the ability to function in a fast-paced and innovative environment

- Strong interest in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, or other HR-related functions

**Preferred qualifications:**

- Passionate about technology and innovation

- Self-starter with an eye for finding efficiencies

- Familiarity with NVIDIA

- Prior internships within HR

- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

The expected hourly rate for this position is $20 - $71 per hour. You will also be eligible for intern benefits.
