## Description

The Chief of Staff role sits at the right hand of the EVP of Consumer & Business Services (CBS), creating scale and impact across the organization's biggest priorities.

You will partner with the EVP on CBS priorities, translating strategy into action and driving focus, accountability and follow-through across the leadership team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Partnering with the EVP on CBS priorities

- Owning executive briefing excellence

- Orchestrating strategic customer engagement

- Driving excellence across SICs and high-priority customer events

- Shaping CBS industry and customer narratives

- Serving as connective tissue across Salesforce

- Partnering closely with the EVP's Executive Assistant and Sales Strategy team

- Orchestrating the EVP's priority rhythms

- Supporting CBS consumption orchestration

- Driving high-priority cross-functional initiatives

- Representing the EVP in internal meetings and initiatives

Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, Chief of Staff, customer strategy or related roles

- Exceptional strategic thinking and communication skills

- Strong customer orientation and understanding of account context, business challenges and executive priorities

- Ability to build relationships with senior executives and lead through influence

- Excellent judgment, executive presence and discretion
