## Description

We are seeking a Service & Engagement Team Leader to join our team at Target. As a Service & Engagement Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Guest Advocates, Service Advocates, and Front of Store Attendants to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Consistently delivering guest experience commitments to create an Easy, Inspiring, and Friendly guest experience.

- Ensuring every team member understands, is trained, and consistently delivers on Target's guest experience commitments and consistent operations.

- Actively observing and providing feedback, holding team members accountable while recognising great guest experience moments.

- Reviewing area guest, financial, and team outcome metrics to identify opportunities, taking action to improve, and aligning team on the right behaviours and execution.

- Demonstrating inclusivity by valuing diverse voices and approaches, being authentic and respectful, and creating equitable experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A high school diploma or equivalent.

- To be at least 18 years of age or older.

- Previous retail experience is preferred, but not required.

- The ability to lead and hold others accountable.

- Effective communication skills.

- The capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.
