## Description

Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to organizations doing important work across the nonprofit and education sectors. The Partner Enablement Lead, Beneficial Deployments role exists to make intermediaries as effective at activating and training organizations on Claude as Anthropic's own Customer Success team.

As the Scaled Enablement Lead, you'll build the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program that qualifies intermediaries to onboard organizations and deliver Anthropic-designed workshops. You'll own the kits, credentials, and quality gates that let them run the show without an Anthropic CSM in the room.

Key responsibilities:

- Own the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program end to end

- Build the kits intermediaries teach from

- Recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries

- Design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries

- Build the connective tissue among intermediaries

- Support the enablement thinking for Claude Corps

- Hold the quality bar when Anthropic is not in the room

- Run the program as one system

- Own the program's numbers

- Be the field voice for intermediaries inside Anthropic

Minimum qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in enablement, training, or program management

- Train-the-trainer at scale

- Learning design and delivery

- Nonprofit ecosystem fluency

- Hands-on proficiency with AI tools

Preferred qualifications:

- Comfort being the single owner of a program

- Ownership of, or close partnership with, a certification or badging program

- Experience with Skilljar or another learning management system

- Facilitation of change management or AI fluency programs

- Time at a capacity-building organization

The annual compensation range for this role is $265,000-$320,000 USD.
