## Description

We are seeking a Paralegal to join our Corporate & Finance group in Beijing. As a Paralegal, you will work with corporate clients and financial institutions on cross-border, multi-jurisdictional projects.

Responsibilities:

- Support corporate partners in Beijing and other offices on cross-border transactions, including due diligence, drafting, negotiation, and research.

- Work on corporate projects, providing corporate and regulatory advice to clients.

- Assist on commercial projects, including drafting commercial contracts, legal research, and analysis of laws and regulations in various jurisdictions.

Requirements:

- PRC legal qualification is required.

- At least one year of legal experience.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.

- Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and perform under pressure.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible, with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
