## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section at Eclipse Park, Maidstone, where you'll provide exceptional customer service, work effectively under pressure, and drive sales growth.

As a Customer Assistant, you will:

- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers feel valued and supported

- Utilize digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment

- Adapt to changing demands and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and resilience

- Confidently recommend and sell M&S Food products, showcasing your product knowledge

**Schedule:**

- Saturday: 11:00 - 17:30

- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:30

**Additional Requirements:**

- Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
