## Description

Keywords Studios Mexico is looking for a customer service representative to provide written support for an FPS game. The successful candidate will communicate with players, solve problems such as lost accounts or questions about game details, and provide excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate with players and solve their problems

- Provide excellent customer service through chats, emails, and tickets

- Multi-task and adapt to a constantly evolving environment

- Actively listen to instructions and execute tasks

Requirements:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

- Ability to multi-task and adapt to change

- Excellent customer service skills

- Full-time availability

- High School Diploma preferred but not required

- Living in Mexico City or Estado de Mexico

- Experience playing FPS games is essential

- Availability to work rotating schedules: 8:00am to 5:00pm and 10:00am to 7:00pm

- Availability to work at the office in Col. Del Valle

This is a temporary project until September 30th, 2026.

Benefits:

- Salary: $10,500 gross (before taxes)

- Bonus: $1,000 for working 45 hour shift

- Bonus: $1,000 for working at the office
