## Description

Samsara, a recently public company, is looking for a Select Major Account Executive (EST) to join its US Enterprise Sales team.

The Majors sales team drives revenue growth in large accounts with significant potential.

As a Select Major Account Executive, you will:

- Develop executive-level relationships within strategic accounts

- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting to close

- Demonstrate excellent solution-based sales processes in complex sales campaigns

- Embed Samsara's cultural principles, including Focus on Customer Success and Adopt a Growth Mindset

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle sales with Enterprise customers

- Proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement in complex accounts and $500k+ ARR transactions

- Experience handling large deal sizes and C-Level relationships

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment

Ideal candidates also have:

- Experience working with various stakeholders, including Operations, Finance, and IT

- Awards for top achievement

- Passion for the world of operations

The compensation range for this role is $350,000 - $350,000 USD in annual on-target earnings (OTE).
