## Description

We are seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Honey Bees Nursery, based onsite at Kingston Hospital. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children aged 3 months to 4 years. You will work with a group of up to 16 children, preparing them for transition to school.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a high standard of care for every child

- Encourage children's development in every area

- Be aware of local and government safeguarding legislation

- Plan activities using Birth to Five Matters curriculum

- Keep key children's Learning Journeys up to date and reviewed

Requirements:

- Minimum level 3 qualification in Childcare or equivalent

- 1 year's recent experience of working with children between 3 months to 5 years

- Good organisational, record keeping, and planning skills

- Excellent communication skills

- Empathy with children, colleagues, and parents/carers
