## Description

We are seeking a Source-to-Pay Procurement Operations Analyst to ensure effective and efficient execution of operational activities in Procurement Operations.

The successful candidate will support sourcing activities, negotiations, and resolve operational procurement issues, acting as an interface between Market Users, Suppliers, and the procurement community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with the Category Procurement team to support standard and complex sourcing activities

- Organize and conduct competitive sourcing requests through FairMarkit

- Perform sourcing activities, commercial negotiations, and contract management for spend up to US $50k

- Embed best-in-class procurement category excellence capability and processes

- Provide comprehensive analysis on events conducted

- Handle queries from suppliers and market stakeholders

- Manage and resolve BAU issues and queries as per SLA

- Build and maintain relationships with Key Stakeholders

- Review, analyze, and interpret various reports to drive global KPI improvements

- Provide meaningful information on spend and buying patterns to the Category Procurement Team

- Identify opportunities to minimize operational and administrative activities

- Create and maintain DTPs and Knowledge Management articles

- Participate in trainings on process updates and compliance

**Requirements:**

- Advanced native-level business Mandarin and English language skills

- Experience in Procurement-related systems such as SAP, Coupa, FairMarkit, and PowerBi is preferable

- Willingness to work in Diageo's Shanghai office
