## Description

TriState Home Services is seeking an experienced Residential Install Plumber to join our team. Responsibilities:

- Perform installation of plumbing fixtures, piping systems, and water heaters in residential properties according to company standards and industry best practices.

- Orchestrate dig-ups and sewer lines replacements.

- Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and installation requirements.

- Ensure proper sizing, alignment, and installation of pipes, fittings, and fixtures to meet code requirements and project specifications.

- Collaborate with other team members, contractors, and homeowners to ensure projects are completed on time and to the customer's satisfaction.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the installation process.

- Maintain accurate records of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses.

- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others.

- Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with homeowners to address any questions or concerns.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a residential plumber, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

- Dig up and sewer line replacement experience.

- Water heater installation experience (traditional and tankless).

- Valid MD Journeyman or Master plumbing license.

- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional customer service skills and professional demeanor.

- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
