This job description reflects potential openings for the Fall 2026 Co-op/Internship Session (August-December). As a Data Management and Analysis Co-op/Intern at Honda, you will collaborate with HR stakeholders to develop data-driven insights using Power BI and SQL, supporting a variety of HR functions such as recruiting, workforce planning, and talent management.

You will be responsible for analyzing data to inform business decisions, developing reports and dashboards to communicate findings, and working closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
