Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming. As an Associate Community Specialist, you will grow Razer's community through content and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day communications on Razer's social media channels (Instagram, Discord, Twitter, TikTok) to exponentially grow engagement and following.

- Create engaging, timely, and relevant content across multiple social media channels.

- Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams to develop and execute a social media and community strategy.

- Maintain relationships with online influencers/content creators.

- Manage a social content calendar and conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of owned social media.

Pre-requisites:

- BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or PR, or equivalent practical experience.

- 1-2 years of experience in community management or social media marketing.

- Fluent English and preferably a second language.

- Understanding of social media and livestreaming best practices, online marketing, and engagement techniques.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, focusing on generating business results.

- Must be a gamer.
