## Description

The Autodesk Consulting team is seeking a talented and dynamic leader to manage a key consulting team in Japan.

As an important member of the Management team within our Enterprise Customer Success organization, you will articulate a clear vision of success to our customers while leading and inspiring a team of highly skilled professionals who help customers transform their businesses.

**Responsibilities**

- Directly manage and develop a team of highly skilled consultants supporting customers across the Japan market while achieving key performance indicators

- Demonstrate excellence in strategic thinking, business process optimization, and customer engagement planning

- Collaborate across functions to drive sales bookings and successful customer outcomes

- Serve as a trusted business partner to customers and internal Autodesk stakeholders for professional consulting services

- Drive execution excellence by proactively managing customer engagement schedules, resource and staffing plans, and the preparation, review, and delivery of customer deliverables

- Develop high-performing consultants through coaching, career development, and training plans aligned with current and anticipated skill requirements and individual career aspirations

- Ensure team members consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, professionalism, and customer service

- Build strong partnerships across Technical, Sales, Project Management, and Customer Success teams to deliver successful customer engagements

- Identify opportunities to continuously improve consulting practices, delivery processes, and customer outcomes

**Minimum Qualifications**

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to take initiative, make informed decisions, and drive recommendations and issues through resolution

- 3+ years of experience managing and developing a team

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse Technical, Sales, and Project Management teams

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in the Manufacturing or Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries, with a strong understanding of relevant business processes

- Working knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and structured project management methodologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time, including international travel

- Professional fluency in Japanese and intermediate proficiency in English

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related discipline

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience building and developing high-performing teams in evolving business environments

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex business challenges and strategic objectives into effective solutions

- Strong knowledge of engineering industry practices and processes or the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry

- Advanced experience developing and enabling Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows across architects, engineers, and contractors

- Experience using Autodesk solutions such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Revit, Civil 3D, Autodesk Navisworks, and InfraWorks

- Master's degree in a relevant discipline
