## Description

We are seeking a Medical Affairs Manager to advise and manage medical-related activities across all company operations. The successful candidate will have a strong medical background and expertise in the therapeutic area, with a focus on ensuring scientific validity and ethics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate hematology products, new indications, and research programs from a medical perspective

- Develop and implement medical strategies to support product development

- Provide medical input on business decision-making and support marketing activities

- Develop sales force medical capabilities through training programs and lectures

- Establish cooperation and partnerships with medical associations to promote medical advancement

- Manage medical-related crisis communications and provide expert opinion on safety events

- Ensure company's medical compliance and review promotional materials

Requirements:

- Clinical medicine background in the defined therapeutic area, Master's degree or above

- 3 years of clinical practice in Tier 3 hospitals or medical affairs experience in other multinational pharmaceutical companies

- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and analytical skills

- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills
