## Description

As a Litigation Attorney at 3M, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with innovative people around the world and make an impact by managing strategies and tactics of complex, high-stakes litigation matters.

Responsibilities include:

- Managing strategies and tactics of complex, high-stakes litigation matters including products liability, intellectual property, mass tort, class action, and MDL

- Engaging outside counsel, developing litigation strategies, and managing budgets and fixed fee arrangements

- Providing proactive and strategic advice on areas of developing legal risks

- Developing effective partnerships with corporate functions to advance the Company's litigation and dispute resolution goals

- Leading litigation policy and program initiatives

Requirements:

- Juris Doctorate degree

- 10 years of law firm and/or in-house litigation experience

- Demonstrated expertise leading the management of complex, high-stakes litigation

Preferred qualifications:

- First or second-chair jury and bench trial experience

- Strong trial instincts and strategic judgment

- Executive level presence and communication skills

- Demonstrated ability to lead a global team of in-house and outside counsel lawyers
