## Description

We're looking for a Front of House Leader to join our team at Queensway Station. As a leader, inspirer, and driver of your team, you'll be our in-shop champion, coaching and mentoring your team members. You'll be responsible for maintaining high standards, driving team performance, and keeping customers happy.

**Responsibilities**

- Lead with purpose, driving team performance, protecting profit, and keeping customers happy through high standards and great energy.

**Benefits**

- Base pay rate: £14.10 - £14.10 per hour

- Additional £1.25 per hour Mystery Shopper bonus once training is complete

- Earn an extra £5 per hour for any shift started between 3-5am
