## Description

We are seeking an Improvement & Data Scientist Field Service Management to join our team at KPN. You will work within the Customer Delivery segment, specifically in the Planning Improvement department. As part of a team of seven colleagues, you will drive digital improvements for the maintenance organization, focusing on Field Service Management.

Your role involves analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency. You will work on smart solutions to reduce travel times, minimize manual tasks, and enhance customer satisfaction. With the help of data, you will substantiate improvement opportunities and measure results.

Key responsibilities:

- Initiate and manage improvement projects, determining priorities with the team

- Translate data analyses and operational insights into concrete process improvements and tooling enhancements

- Collaborate with operations colleagues to identify and capitalize on improvement potential

- Work directly with IT developers on improvements using Jira stories and User Acceptance Tests

- Automate work processes and optimize field service management systems

- Coordinate with management, directors, and chain partners to translate policies and goals into actionable improvement initiatives

Requirements:

- Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with at least three years of experience in a similar role

- Proficiency in tooling such as SQL, Fabric, and Power BI, with demonstrable experience in IT and data

- Fluent in English and at least B1-B2 level in Dutch

- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex processes

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to structure a dynamic environment

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with various stakeholders
