## Description

Join Ubisoft, a leading global video game organisation, as a Talent Acquisition & Campus Assistant Intern. You will be part of the International Headquarters' Campus Team, reporting to the Campus Manager. Your main mission will be to identify and recruit future interns and apprentices for various roles.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences

- Writing and publishing job ads

- Analysing applications and conducting phone pre-qualifications to shortlist candidates

- Coordinating interviews with managers and advising them on final decisions

- Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

- Tracking recruitment KPIs

Additionally, you will contribute to school-related activities, such as participating in forums and workshops, and maintaining a pool of candidates.

You will also help develop Ubisoft's employer brand by optimising recruitment processes and enhancing the candidate experience.

Qualifications:

- Currently pursuing a higher education qualification in HR, project management, or a related field

- Ideally, you have prior experience in recruitment or HR project management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work assertively and tenaciously, with a focus on delivering a great candidate experience

- Familiarity with an applicant tracking system (ATS) is desirable

- Strong initiative, evaluation, and project management skills

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
