## Description

Prudential is seeking a Manager - Customer Proposition to develop and execute customer-centric propositions and programs across various customer needs. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams, partner with external vendors, and monitor performance to drive business objectives.

**Job Summary** Manages the development and execution of compelling and innovative customer centric proposition and program across customer needs (protection, health, savings, and investment) to acquire and increase insurance ownership of key customer segments.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Leads the development and execution of customer centric proposition and program across customer needs.

- Ensures product offerings and services are aligned with the customer value proposition and grounded in data driven customer insights and analytics.

- Manages the planning and implementation of customer campaigns and programs.

- Leads cross-functional team comprising of Products, Operations, Marketing, and Distribution.

- Partner with external vendors to acquire skills, systems, services.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and identify and address performance gaps.
