## Description

Join the M&S Café team at Leamington Shopping Park as a Christmas Customer Assistant. This part-time role involves providing excellent customer service, handling orders efficiently, and maintaining high food safety standards during busy periods.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing warm, five-star service to customers

- Making great food and drink recommendations

- Operating efficiently under pressure, using digital tools to take and fulfil orders

- Maintaining impeccable food safety standards

- Supporting colleagues and contributing to a high-performance culture

- Adapting quickly to meet customer needs and business requirements

The role requires digital confidence, efficiency, and flexibility. You'll work Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 11:00 to 15:00, with potential to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December due to operational requirements.
