We're seeking a Claims Technician to work on a hybrid basis across the UK. As a Claims Technician, you'll be the calm voice claimants rely on to get their lives back on track.

The role assumes you have some customer service experience, but everything else you can learn from us. We'll provide all the Sedgwick-specific training you need to thrive in this role.

**Responsibilities**

- Deal with all aspects of commercial property claims from reporting to settlement

- Communicate with policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more to explain complex details and negotiate fair settlements

- Work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification
