## Description

As a Logistiek Teamleider Bezorging Almere, you will lead a team of delivery heroes and ensure that customers receive their orders on time.

Responsibilities:

- Give daily updates on processes and numbers, and identify areas for improvement.

- Plan and organize tasks, such as administration, HR tasks, and data analysis.

- Handle HR tasks, including conducting interviews, monitoring absenteeism, and performing annual evaluations.

Requirements:

- MBO-4 diploma with at least 2 years of leadership experience.

- Experience with HR tasks, such as conducting interviews and performance evaluations.

- Ability to coach and motivate delivery heroes.

- Fluent in Dutch.
