## Description

We are seeking a Sales Representative to introduce 3M single-sided tapes and adhesive products to end customers in various industries, including automotive components, new energy batteries, IoT, low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, and data centers.

Responsibilities:

- Introduce 3M single-sided tapes and adhesive products to end customers.

- Target high-growth industries such as automotive components, new energy batteries, IoT, low-altitude economy, embodied intelligence, and data centers.

- Follow up on projects with existing key accounts and provide supply chain tracking and support services.

- Analyze customers' manufacturing processes, automation development trends, and implementation paths to address process challenges and provide value-added solutions.

- Promote 3M adhesive solutions to customers.

- Develop new business opportunities nationwide.

Basic Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Materials, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

- More than 3 years of sales experience in the industrial sector.

- Understanding of industrial customers' manufacturing processes and automation solutions.

- Experience in material qualification/introduction and adhesive business in the automotive or electronics industries is preferred.

- Good English communication skills and computer proficiency.

Work Location: Shanghai Work Scope: Nationwide
