## Description

As a SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing and delivering Payroll solutions within HR transformation programs.

You will lead payroll functional design, configuration and integration, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations for clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions

- Conduct business requirement workshops, perform fit-gap analysis and translate payroll processes into system designs

- Define and configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types and pay calendars in line with client policies and statutory requirements

- Collaborate with Employee Central and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between EC, Payroll, Finance and third-party systems

- Manage end-to-end testing, including payroll simulations and parallel runs, to validate accuracy and compliance

- Provide guidance on payroll control frameworks, compliance standards and post-go-live support

- Establish best practices, ensure documentation quality and support knowledge transfer to client teams

- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors practice

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field

- 5+ years of SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience, including 3+ full implementation cycles

- Experience integrating payroll with Finance and time/attendance systems

- Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll

- Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows and security concepts

- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

- Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
