## Description

NVIDIA's Silicon Co-Design Group (SCG) is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead programs from architecture through tape-out, bring-up, and productization.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with SoC bring-up, validation, and productization, as well as the ability to work across the silicon-systems-software boundary.

Key responsibilities:

- Own program outcomes end-to-end, defining and managing schedules, surfacing dependencies, and driving multi-functional alignment

- Lead through design complexity, participating in critical design reviews, flagging scope risks, and resolving them with minimal disruption

- Act as the main technical link among silicon, systems, software, operations, and marketing, keeping teams aligned on program goals and GTM needs

- Drive risk to closure, finding technical and schedule risks early, building mitigations with engineering, and moving work forward with clarity and context

- Raise the execution bar, capturing lessons from finished programs and putting in place process changes that measurably improve speed, quality, and predictability

- Handle silicon hardware logistics, coordinating movement, tracking, and availability of silicon, boards, and peripherals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- 12+ years in technical roles, with at least 5 years in technical program management

- Deep, hands-on understanding of SoC bring-up, validation, and productization

- Ability to work across the silicon-systems-software boundary

- Proven track record of running fast development cycles in uncertainty

- Communication that is precise, direct, and right-sized for the audience

Nice to have:

- Experience with AI-style program management tools

- Experience working with AI/ML teams on inference infrastructure and aligning multi-functional work with go-to-market timing for AI-accelerated products

- Experience with AI-assisted logistics tracking

- Ability to evaluate and help roll out new AI productivity tools

NVIDIA offers a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $322,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
