## Description

The Senior Member Service Representative (SR MSR) is a key role at Honda Federal Credit Union's Greensburg branch. You will be responsible for performing a broad range of member services, including transactions, account openings and closures, loan applications, dispute filings, and addressing member inquiries. You will need to have in-depth knowledge of the Credit Union's products and services, as well as excellent customer service and sales skills.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing exceptional service to members, evaluating their needs, and offering relevant products and services

- Processing various transactions, loan applications, and account-related activities

- Maintaining confidentiality and communicating effectively with members

- Working knowledge of operational systems, including Teller Transactions, New memberships/accounts, Loan applications/processing, and Basic IRA processing

- Understanding of HFCU policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations

- Educating members on new technologies provided by HFCU

Requirements:

- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

- 2-3 years of recent customer service and sales experience in a financial service environment

- Professionalism, multitasking ability, decision-making skills, and self-motivation
