## Description

We are seeking an EMD Channel Representative to drive sales growth through strategic planning and relationship-building with channel partners. You will be responsible for achieving annual sales targets, cultivating customer relationships, and managing MDF budgets.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve annual sales targets

- Cultivate and expand crucial customer relationships within 3M channel partners

- Manage account negotiations and resolve issues related to EMD Channel Partners

- Manage MDF budget and initiate projects to improve efficiency and return on investment

- Execute MDF programs in collaboration with channel partners

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement a business model that enhances commercial results

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Achieve EMD Channel Sales targets and operate within sales and general administrative budgets

- Build strong relationships with senior management of Channel Partners

- Generate Channel Sales Forecast & Demand Plan

- Evaluate and develop new channel partners to fill geographic and segment gaps

- Troubleshoot logistical and financial issues

- Manage agreements, IAs, channel additions, terminations, and compliance

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited university

- Minimum 5 years of work experience with 2 years of experience overseeing a channel partner or key account management

- Experience working with digital marketing tactics and e-commerce

- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce

- Excellent English language skills
